Lou Mouli d'Oli is an olive oil mill in Bourg-Saint-Andéol. It makes olive oils, seed oils (sunflower, rapeseed, camelina) and olive pastes, sold in the shop on chemin de la Chicane alongside the produce of local growers.
In the olive season, from mid-October to Christmas, the mill also presses to order: private individuals and professionals bring their harvest and leave with their own oil. Tours and tastings are held all year round, and the online shop takes orders from a distance.
